My Allergen-Free Story
My family's allergen-free journey began when my six-week old second-born presented with digestion issues. Because I was breastfeeding, I needed to restrict my diet to see if the issues were food related. My husband wanted to give the elimination diet a try too to see if it would shed light on some of his health issues, so our meals needed to be fit for the whole family.
I used to run a baking business, and am very passionate about baking and cooking, so while it felt daunting, I was confident I could find ways to keep delicious meals on the table and still satisfy our growing family's nutritional needs. This recipe book is a result of that experience; I hope it helps you feel confident in the kitchen while you seek the answers you're looking for!
