Allergen Free Recipe: Chocolate Mousse

Updated: Sep 7, 2023

This is one of the easiest recipes to whip up on the fly and is great for serving in reusable pouches too. Because this recipe is so high in (healthy) fat and protein, it can be a helpful dessert idea for babies that are early risers as it will fill them up for longer overnight.

A wooden bowl with chocolate mousse in it, garnished with mint, and an avocado in the background - an allergen free recipe for babies.
Allergen Free and Refined Sugar Free Chocolate Mousse -
